Annecy, France is easily accessible by car or train via Geneva, Switzerland!
The closest airport to Annecy is Geneva Airport. From there you can take a train, car, or bus to Annecy. I’d recommend using Google Maps (select the public transportation option), to show you exactly which bus or train is best depending on the time of day you are traveling. Of course you can get there via car as well.
The main train station is Gare d’Annecy and the main bus station is right next to the train station. Both of these take you right into the center of town.
